Refund Policy for Sacred Mirth
At Sacred Mirth, each item is made to order just for you! We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our refund policy:
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us by email support@sacredmirth.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will replace the item free of charge. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Reason for return
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Wrong Size or Product Received:
If we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong size, design, or product), please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will correct the mistake by sending the correct product at no additional cost.
3. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size Ordered:
Since our products are custom-made just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changing your mind or ordering the wrong size. We recommend reviewing our sizing chart carefully before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.
4. Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will have entered production and cannot be changed or canceled.
5. Shipping Costs:
We cover the shipping costs for replacements of damaged or defective items. However, we do not offer refunds for shipping costs on undamaged items or if the wrong size was ordered by mistake.
