🌟 Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All our items are custom-made with care! Please allow 3-7 business days for production before your order ships.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for accuracy and transparency.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sacred Mirth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

At Sacred Mirth, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
We offer free replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a replacement, please contact us at support@sacredmirth.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief explanation of the issue
Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Fulfillment Errors (Wrong Item, Size, or Design)
If you receive an incorrect item, size, or design, please email us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll correct the error at no charge to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once production has begun.
Refunds & Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
